Wanna create your theme in windows 7 and share it with your friends , it is very easy.

First make sure you have all the pictures that you want the theme to contain and put in a folder now right-click and select personalize

 Now click Desktop Background .

Now select all the photos you want and add them ..

Now click Save Changes ..

Now select your theme and click Save for Sharing ...
